- By physical presence: you can place your order in any of the above ways and go for collection from our store (Hippocrates 33).
Order processing time
Each order is delivered within 1-4 working days from the time of receipt. Delivery time depends on product availability. In exceptional cases, there may be further delays. However, every effort is made to serve you faster.

The delivery time of the order depends on the availability of the products.
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
- The product is delayed to be shipped from our supplier: In order to be able to offer very competitive prices, we order our products from a wide range of suppliers. An order may "stick", with the result that the product is not in stock, at the scheduled time. In this case, we will contact you immediately to choose if you wish to deliver the order without this product, to suggest you an alternative or even to cancel the order.
- The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available: Among the plethora of products we display in our online store, in exceptional cases, the supplier suddenly and unannounced announces that they are being withdrawn. In this case, a representative of our company will contact you immediately, in order to inform you about all the alternatives.
- In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
- In case it is impossible to communicate with you by phone and / or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) e.g. because the information you have entered is not properly updated.
