Order cancellation


To cancel the order (in whole or in part), send an e-mail to [email protected], up to 24 hours from the confirmation of receipt by the company. After this period, the order can not be canceled.

 

Product returns due to delivery error


In all cases of delivery of products other than the agreed, by type or quantity, as they have previously been agreed in writing via e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at 210 3634129, the products are returned by the customer for inspection and verification error. In this case, the costs of returning and returning the products to the customer are borne by the company, provided that the method of return proposed by her is observed.

 

 The return of the product to be replaced (within its original packaging) must be accompanied by all the necessary legal documents and receipts that accompanied the product, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to the customer.

 

Returns of defective products
In the event that the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, provided that it is certified by an authorized repairer who provides a guarantee of good construction, operation and quality, the following applies:


The product to be replaced is returned together with the original documents that accompanied it (eg TDA, Ap. Retail, etc.), within its original packaging.


Upon return of the product, the reported defect is checked and the customer is informed about the results of the check. If a construction defect is found, it is repaired or replaced. In case it is not possible to repair the product in a reasonable time and no product of corresponding characteristics or value can be found for replacement, the transaction is canceled. Refunds in case of cancellation are made in the same way as the initial payment by the customer.


In particular, in case of initial debit via credit card, the company is obliged to inform the issuing Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any transaction provided under the contract it has drawn up with its customer, without further liability. company. The company after the above information does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal. In the case of initial payment in cash, if the customer had chosen to receive the product from the store, the price will be refunded by physical presence at the company's store. In case of initial payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer will be made from the company's accounts to the customer. In case of cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank deposit to an account specified by the customer. It is noted that in this case the charge of the cash on delivery service and the cost of transport are not refunded.


The return of the products is done by courier or by physical presence in our store. In cases of return by courier, the customer is charged with the return costs and the company with the costs of returning the replaced or repaired product.


In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the company reserves the right to refuse the return of the product or to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, as well as to proceed unilaterally and without delay. in full or in part the set-off of its claim against that of the customer.

 

Withdrawal - Return of products


The Customer can withdraw from the electronic market, returning the products, without justification, within fourteen (14) calendar days from their receipt. The return of the products is done with a physical presence in our store or by sending them to the address of the store (Ippokratous 33, Athens Post Code: 106 80), at the customer's expense. Before returning the products, the customer can contact the company by phone at 210 3634129 or by email at [email protected]. In particular, the above right of withdrawal is provided under the following terms and conditions:

  • Within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery or receipt (when the Customer has selected "collection from the store").
  • The withdrawal is unjustified and the Customer must return the product in the same condition in which it was received. In particular, the returned product must have not been used, must be in excellent condition ("as new"), just before sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.), which should not have tears or damage / deterioration.
  • In order for the product to be returned, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are printed on the purchase document.
  • The return is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged to the company for shipping the product. Return costs are borne by the customer.
  • The withdrawal statement is exercised in writing and is sent either to the postal address of the company ("BOSNAKI LETTERS AND CO. OE", Ippokratous 33, Athens Post Code: 106 80) or to the fax: 210 3634419, or to the email address orders @ gmail.com.
  • The Customer is obliged to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he notified the withdrawal, in the above mentioned ways. If the Customer so wishes, the company can pick up the product to be returned, from the Customer's place of charge, instead of cost, five (5.00) euros.
  • After the return of the product to the company, the latter is obliged to return to the Customer the price received. In case of debiting the Customer by credit card, the company is obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction. Following the information, the company bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the contract concluded between the issuing bank and the Customer. In case the Customer had chosen to receive the product from the store, the refund will be made with his physical presence at the company's store. In case of initial payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer will be made from the company's accounts to the customer. In case of cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank deposit to an account specified by the customer. It is noted that in this case the charge of the cash on delivery service and the cost of transport are not refunded.

Shipping costs of the product are not refundable.
 

In case the above conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the customer, at his expense.


 
The right of withdrawal does not apply:

  1. In cases where the price of the products has been paid in the physical store and in addition, the products have been received from the physical store, as the sale is not considered to have been done remotely.
  2. In products that have been used.
  3. In seasonal items, such as Christmas, Carnival, Easter or Summer, after the expiration of specific time periods.
  4. In products that are clearly manufactured individually and according to the requested specifications of the customer.
  5. In products that may deteriorate or expire soon.
